Family Advocacy and Support Services

During each scheduled forensic interview a Family Advocate is assigned to meet with the victim child’s non-offending family and/or caregivers to provide victim support and advocacy services, as well as follow up services for families throughout the life of the investigation.

Mental Health

Children who have experienced abuse or trauma are at an increased risk of developing emotional and behavioral difficulties. CPC offers evidence-based, trauma-focused treatments to improve symptoms related to trauma, improve communication with caregivers, and to process trauma in an adaptive manner.
